Removed sway.
...
I've run into a few to many UI issue. I've been using sway for a while,
but & it has gotten a lot better, but its still kind of rough around the
edges in some spots. I may switch back at some time in the future.

Wayland as a couple to man issues still. QT related applications being
unable to function was the final straw.

This doesn't really make sense as I'm commiting it anyways.

This is currently versioned by my dotfiles. Since this is used in both
Mac(Work) & Linux machines I can't just keep this in nix-land so it will
likely need to be managed either like below or via the dotfiles `make
up` command.
